Well, if anyone was worried...
I'm fine now.
I think I owe to my jog today. I called my friend Phil out and we took a nice jog around the park just talking. I think we completed around two and a half laps before coming to a stop. (It wasn't a very big park)
Provided that I won't be too sore tommorow, I hope to do it again. I do need sneakers though...
Anyway, Phil and Natalie (Phil's fiancee), gave me a X-mas present that they never had a chance to give. It was Dosteovsky's The Brothers Karamazov. Ah, yet another book to read! I was planning to read more Dostoevsky too.
I was touched by the fact that Phil and Nat got me a B day present and a x-mas present, and I told them that I would treat them to dinner tommorow.
They kept on talking about this Japanese resturant, so that is where I decided to take them. They seemed excited.
It's the least I can do for them.

So, I figure, I'll come back from work tommorow then take a nice jog, take a shower, then go meet them at the resturant... hmm, where was it again...
I shouldn't have trouble sleeping tonight, I feel a bit sore from running already...but I didn't over do it.
